Do you remember to eat breakfast?

Do you remember to start your day with a healthy meal? Or do you skip breakfast all together? Maybe you choose not to eat breakfast.
It's hit or miss for me. When I have my son during the week I'm great about eating breakfast since I'm serving him breakfast as well. During the weekends, I'm not so good with keeping up the routine for myself.
If I have something quick and easy that I can just grab off the shelf and go, my breakfast batting average probably goes up about 10%.
Speaking of quick and easy, if you're into granola you can get a free sample of "Quaker Simple Harvest" by clicking here. I selected the dark chocolate chunk myself.
Thanks to The Bargainist for this free sample tip!

I eat breakfast everyday, mostly because I also have to feed my kid,so I never miss it. I hate thinking of what to eat though. I want a chef.
Growing up, my mom always made sure we had breakfast before leaving off on the bus. Nowadays, I will admit that I do not eat breakfast as I should, but that will change once I resume bodybuilding next month. Breakfast is a very important meal to a bodybuilder after several hours of fasting throughout the night.

Michael, I always have had breakfast. As a kid, I had probably too much breakfast. My mother would force me to have a large glass of orange juice, cereal and milk, plus eggs and toast. Of course, my stomach would be killing me for hours in the morning at school.
The past few years of my working life I would usually have coffee with a protein bar at the office.
These days, where I'm semi-retired and working from home (sort of) I usually try to have microwaved eggs and a frozen blintz with coffee; and if I can't I'll have coffee with a protein bar (Zone Perfect and Zone Perfect Fruitified bars are my current favs).
I know that's more info than anyone could care about, but since you asked... :^)
